To our visitors and residents,

On behalf of the Council of the Town of Qualicum Beach I would like to extend to you our warmest welcome.

The Town of Qualicum Beach is a very unique place to live, rich with caring and dedicated people.  We pride ourselves in the feeling of “community” which is expressed most clearly by the number of volunteers who work hard to maintain the “Quality of Life” we enjoy.  I hope that you would share your ideas, skills and passions through one of the many community organizations.

We are privileged to live in an area of unsurpassed beauty and I encourage you to explore our trails, shores and parks and to work with us in protecting our natural environment.

Regular meetings of Council shall be held on the first Monday of April, May and October; the second Monday of January, February, March, June, July, August, September, November and December; and the third Monday of April. Council hosts open houses every 2^nd Wednesday of the month.  These meetings are open to the public and take place at the Town Hall.  Your members of Council are Barry Avis, Wendy Maurer, Mike Wansink, Jack Wilson and myself as Mayor.  We welcome your participation and encourage your comments and suggestions.
