The Chief Administrative Officer is the administrative leader of the organization. Directly accountable to Town Council, he provides advice and recommendations to Council and to all of the staff. Through the senior members of each department, he ensures that Council directives and policies are carried out. He also oversees the preparation of annual budgets, programs, and policy initiatives and establishes standards and priorities to ensure the consistent delivery of high quality Town services.
