Town Hall

The Town Hall, located in the centre of the village, is the main municipal office for the local government that manages the Town of Qualicum Beach. Visit our office on the second floor, your one-stop shop to obtain information about municipal services ranging from the airport, to bylaw enforcement, cemetery, engineering, garbage, parks, public works or water supply. This is the place to pay municipal bills, tickets or property taxes, buy dog tags or garbage tags, or pay for your annual business licence or permits. Book an appointment to meet with staff who can guide you through the development process, or hear your suggestions for municipal services or the future of Qualicum Beach.

Town Hall is the office for the elected Council and the location of the Council Chamber and Committee Room, both on the ground floor, where Council, and its committees, hold regular public meetings and open houses.

Town Hall is also home to the Vancouver Island Regional Library and the Community Policing Office which are located on the ground floor. There are two commercial health tenants, a lab and a physiotherapy office, both accessible from First Avenue. Built in 1999 through an innovative public private partnership, the Town Hall, with its landmark clock tower and traditional architecture, is now wholly owned by the Town of Qualicum Beach. The building is wheelchair accessible, has an elevator and underground parking with access off First Avenue.
