Making Culture Count! Town of Qualicum Beach Cultural Plan is the result of significant contribution of the arts and culture community, particularly, the Qualicum Beach Historical and Museum Society, the Friday Artisan’s Market, The Old School House Arts Centre, ECHO Village Players, Bard 2 Broadway, The Farmers’ Market and the Qualicum Beach Library; the collaboration and support of members of Town Council and staff, as well as representatives of the Qualicum Beach Chamber of Commerce, Oceanside Tourism Association, Regional District of Nanaimo, Kwalikum Secondary School, Qualicum Beach Downtown Business Association, and Oceanside Volunteer Association, in the cultural planning process.
