Mid-Island Floral Arts Club
The Mid-Island Floral Arts Club was founded in 1996 by a group
of enthusiastic flower arrangers.
Members meet 10 times a year to share their knowledge of floral
art and allied crafts. Members are often among the volunteers preparing flowers
for activities in the community.
In May of 1999 and 2000, members were part of an Art in Bloom
Exhibition at The Old School House Art Centre, and in April, 2000, their work
complemented the annual Oceanside Community Arts Council Juried Art Show.
