SUMMARY:OCP - Summary Open House
DESCRIPTION:This event will conclude the Spring engagement for the 2025 OCP Review\, and share the results of the engagement as well as the results of the Quality of Life Survey. Information will also be shared as to the next steps of the process and how community members can be involved via Public Hearing in the Fall. \nPresentations will be made at 4 pm and 6 pm\, with questions from the public to be answered following each presentation. A prize draw will be made for all participants who were entered into the draw for prizes throughout the previous engagements.

SUMMARY:OCP Introductory Open House
DESCRIPTION:This event will introduce the 2025 OCP Review to the community\, and includes an overview of how community members can participate in the process. \nPresentations will be made explaining the purpose of the OCP\, what the OCP Review will look like\, how people can get involved\, and provide a brief explanation of the topics set for discussion. Presentations will be available at: \n\n2:00 pm\n4:00 pm\n6:00 pm\n\nFollowing the presentation\, there will be four separate participation stations/tables\, each dedicated to one of the four housing topics of the OCP: \n\nWHO should new housing support the most?\nWHERE should new housing and density be located in the community?\nWHAT should new housing look like?\nHOW should the Town be involved in housing?\n\nAt each table\, a facilitator will guide a discussion on the topic. There will be additional topic experts floating between tables and providing context and information as needed. These are not formal sign-up sessions\, and the conversation will vary depending on the participants\, though discussions will be limited to the topic at hand. Ideas and conversations that come up\, but are not within the scope of the topic\, may be recorded in an “ideas parking lot” for discussion at another time or during another project\, if relevant. \nA tablet will be available at the event\, for those who wish to complete one of the topic surveys during the Open House.
