Comments for Council Meeting

• Comments must be submitted no later than 12:00 pm two days following the regular Council meeting
• Submissions must be related to business discussed at the meeting and no longer than 300 words
• Comments must include a full name and address in order to be submitted for the minutes.
• Submissions will be distributed to all of Council and a brief summary included in the minutes
• Submissions relating to closed public hearing topics will not be distributed to Council.
