Memorial Avenue Construction Update

From Monday, May 15th to Friday, May 19th, Village Way will be closed between Berwick Rd and Memorial Avenue. Traffic will be detoured through Veterans' Way.
  • Village Way Detour

    On the evening of Sunday, April 30th line painting works on Phase 1 (Elizabeth Ave to Crescent Rd and the intersection of Memorial Avenue and First Ave) will take place. This work will be dependent on the weather. Apologies for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience during this time.

    On Monday, May 1st the sidewalk on the east side of Memorial Ave will be closed off for construction. Pedestrians will be instructed to use the west side of the roadway and vehicular traffic will be single lane alternating. These works are expected to be complete mid summer. Apologies for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience during this time.
