Advisory Planning Commission (APC)

The Advisory Planning Commission (APC) reviews rezoning and development permit applications referred by Council or the Director of Planning and provides advice based on the Town’s Official Community Plan, design guidelines, and broader community considerations. Their recommendations help Council evaluate how proposed developments align with neighbourhood character, housing needs, environmental impact, and overall public interest. Link
