How to Access your Online Account
- Obtain your key information
- Access your unique access code here (confirmation email will be sent – check spam folder if not received)
- Locate your utility account number one of the following ways:
- View a past utility bill in the top right corner
- In your online banking – saved under the Payee “Town of Qualicum Beach – Utilities”
- Register Your MyTown Account
- Add Your Utility Account
- Click on the Utility Bills icon in the middle of the screen
- Select “Add a new utility account”
- Enter your account number (printed on a previous bill)
- Enter your access code (locate here)
- Select “Add Account”
- Under Your Accounts, select account from the dropdown
- Click on your account number
- Click on the invoice date icon and your bill will display
