Strategic Planning

Strategic planning allow the Town to set priorities and actions to support goals for the organization and the community. The Town’s Annual Report celebrates and tracks the Town’s progress on its strategic goals each year.

One of the key objectives of the Strategic Planning Process is to better connect the Official Community Plan, Council’s Strategic Plan, the Budget and Multiple Master Plans.
