MyTown Account

Welcome to the Town’s online account service where you can conveniently:

  • View current utility & property tax bills
  • View current invoice amount
  • Choose to receive email notifications of bills

 

How to Access your Online Account

 

  1. Register your MyTown account

     

    • Go to MyTown

       

    • Select the Register tab

       

    • Enter your details and select Create an Account

       

    • Select the Login Tab to login

       

  2. Add your account

     

    • Click on the Utilities or Property Tax icon in the middle of the screen

       

    • Select “Add a new account”

       

    • Enter your account number (printed on your invoice)

       

    • Enter your access code (printed on your invoice)

       

    • Select “Add Account”

       

  3. View Your Invoice

     

    • Under Your Accounts, select account from the dropdown

       

    • Click on your account number

       

    • Click on the invoice date icon and your bill will display

FAQ

When you have your bill displayed, in the top right-hand corner you will either see a print icon, or three dots. If you see three dots, click on the dots and the print icon will show.

When you have your bill displayed, at the top of the window there is a save icon that will allow you to save your bill on your computer.

While MyTown can be accessed on a mobile device, it is recommended that you access your bill from a desktop computer for the best experience.

You will need to obtain a separate access code for each service address you are billed for. Once you have registered your MyTown account, you will need to add each of your accounts using the specific access code received for each property.

Note: If you have a suite with a separate water meter and bill, the suite will be listed as A – service address. Example: “A-660 Primrose St”

No. At this time the Town cannot accept credit card payments.

No. A paper copy of your bill can be picked up at Town Hall – Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 4 pm (except statutory holidays).

No. If you are not able to register for a MyTown account you can pick up a paper copy of your bill at Town Hall – Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 4 pm (except statutory holidays).

Yes. Your MyTown account will still default to send a paper bill in the future. You can de-select this to receive only an electronic ntoice that your bills is available on the MyTown portal.
