Applications for amendments to the Zoning Bylaw and Official Community Plan, Development Permits, Subdivision, and Development Variance Permits are submitted to and reviewed by the Planning Department. Planning staff can advise on whether development adheres to land use policies and bylaws and with the community’s guiding principles, as laid out in the Town of Qualicum Beach Official Community Plan, are met.
Application packages must be complete. Incomplete applications will not be considered until all submissions, application forms and accompanying materials are received by the Planning Department.
