Located in the center of Qualicum Beach, at 747 Jones Street, the Civic Centre is perfect for hosting major conferences, conventions, concerts, tradeshows, banquets and weddings. The Civic Centre’s professional staff are on-site and available to assist you with event planning.

Event Space
The main hall is a 7,800 square foot auditorium, which can be divided into two smaller separate halls by a floor-to-ceiling partition. Groups ranging in size from 75-650 may be accommodated in this space. In addition to the auditorium are five well-appointed spaces to host smaller groups of 10-100 people.
- Sprung maple floors are superb for dance events and various types of sports such as aerobics and badminton.
- The kitchen can accommodate meal service for up to 400 people per meal seated and 650 people during a stand-up reception. Arrange your own catering and bar service.
- The entire facility is climate-controlled.
- Choose from a supply of audio-visual equipment, available to meet your needs.
- Lectern, podium, easel and microphones are provided.
- The facility is a one-level structure, easily wheelchair accessible.

To encourage the use of the facilities for non-profit organizations and societies, rental subsidies are available for the Civic Centre. Subsidy applications will be allocated twice each calendar year, once in March and once in September. Applications must be submitted in writing before March 1st or June 30th. Applications will be shortlisted and presented to Council for final approval.

Town Hall hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
The Civic Centre is located just minutes from the Qualicum Beach Airport and Bus Station. Parking is available both on-site and off-site. There is easy access to well-lit parking for 220 vehicles.
