The Town of Qualicum Beach owns a parcel of land locally called the ‘Bus Garage’ and over the years this land has been discussed and its future use envisioned.
In 2019/2020, the Town underwent a thorough consultation process in conjunction with Vancouver Island University to produce a Final Vision Report for the Bus Garage and adjacent Qualicum Commons area.
