As part of the Eaglecrest Re-visioning project, the Town is offering select Town-owned parcels in the Eaglecrest neighbourhood for sale.

These land sales are part of the Town’s financing strategy to support the purchase of the Eaglecrest Golf Course Lands without impact to taxation, while balancing long-term community priorities such as recreation, housing, environmental protection, and public access.

Blind Bogey Drive

A rare opportunity to acquire 0.35 ha (0.86 acres) of subdividable land in the Eaglecrest neighbourhood, backing directly onto covenant-protected green space. The property benefits from an established road network and is located across the road from Eaglecrest Golf Course, which is currently being reconfigured into a regulation par 35 course.

The Town will consider offers for the parcel as a whole, or for individual lots. With subdivision potential, this land is suitable for a range of low-scale housing, and can be sold serviced or unserviced.

Project Information

Public feedback played an important role in shaping the updated Zoning Bylaw and Official Community Plan (OCP) amendments for the Eaglecrest Golf Course lands.

After making changes in response to public comment at the October 6, 2025 Public Hearing, Council adopted the Zoning Bylaws and OCP Amendments at its Regular Meeting on October 22, 2025.

These updates were a key part of the Town’s due-diligence and financing process ahead of the potential purchase of the Lands in December 2025.
