Airport Expansion

Overview
The Qualicum Beach Airport Terminal Expansion Project will provide a self-contained and expanded restaurant, reclaim office space currently leased for restaurant storage, reconstruct a structural shear wall between the washroom and the restaurant, upgrade security to airside access, retrofit HVAC, upgrade electrical services, and expand office/meeting space.

Completed - March 2020

Funding
Funding in the amount of $515,251 was received from BC Air Access Program in 2018.
